Once in awhile, be still and study how life is going for you. That’s the only way you will be aware of the useless stresses we get ourselves caught up with in the daily grind of life. Anxiety is actually the added-up effect of the little stresses we encounter daily. Assess the common occurences in your life day in and day out and resolve to organize areas that are not in order. Most often, anxiety is simply caused by the negligence to put order into our lives.
